Commissioned by Arturo Mateos of Iki in 2017 for the opening of their new store in Galleria Mall Houston, In My Pine Viewing Room and A Folding Fan is a sonic representation of the Japanese aesthetic, "IKI." Something cool and chic. I thought to take long beautiful lines and soar and float but end the piece with a lot of fast moving lines.
