If the instrument arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can file the appropriate claims. The flute must be returned to us, and we will either repair or replace it with a new flute as deemed appropriate.

By making a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the care and maintenance of the purchased item(s) after delivery. Any damages, cracks, or transformations that occur post-delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The seller is not liable for repair costs or replacement of any item(s) after the sale has been completed.
